How to order

Select the quantity from the product page you want and add it to your cart.
After your order is complete, an order completion email will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive the email after a while, please check your spam folder or check the status of your order in your order history.

Returns, defective products, and cancellations

We can only accommodate items purchased through our online store.

To return an item, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the item, stating your order number via "Inquiries." We will then contact you with the return address and instructions.

We cannot accept returns after use. We also cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience or after the product has been shipped.
If the product you receive is damaged or soiled, please contact us by email using the "Contact Us" option and provide your order number . If the product is defective, we will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Any other costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago, regardless of whether the return was due to a mistake on our part or a customer-related reason.

About Shipping

Delivery within Japan will be made by Yamato Transport. Please note that we cannot accept requests to specify a delivery company.

Shipping fees will be listed at the time of payment. Please note that shipping fees vary depending on the region.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 2-7 business days (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Orders placed during Golden Week, Obon, and the New Year's holiday period may take longer to ship than usual. If there is a delay due to bad weather, the delivery company's circumstances, or any other reason, we will notify you by email.
