Osamu Goods was hugely popular among teenage girls all over Japan in the 1980s and 1990s. Osamu Harada (1946-2016). Graduated from the Design Department of Tama Art University in 1969. He mainly works on "OSAMU GOODS®" and other characters. He has been the head of PALETTE CLUB SCHOOL since 1997. He published a collection of his works, "OSAMU GOODS STYLE," in 2005 and "My Art Book" in 2006.
